Setting a Target

Life is more meaningful when we have a goal in life.

Having a target helps us stay focus on what we really want out of life, what we expect from it.

Once we have decided what it is we truly want and what we are willing to do to achieve it

we must stay on course and never be swayed by other things that might tempt us to veer off course..

It is tempting to throw in the towel and forget about our goals when life has thrown us a curveball...

It is so tempting to say 'It was just not meant to be..'

But what we tend to forget is that Rome wasn't built in a day!

We must be persistent because persistence will enable us to achieve what we truly want in life!

So, the first thing is to think about what we want in life.

Then, decide the steps on how to achieve it. Be realistic about what we can and cannot achieve.

Next, begin..take that first step.

The first step is always the hardest but we should all try to get out of our comfort zone.

Then, pray for guidance and that He will help us achieve our goals.

Finally, wait for the result and accept whatever result life has to offer us.

Remember that through effort, persistence and a lot of prayer to God we can achieve what we want.

However if the outcome is not what we have desired, we must remember that God has determined it as thus and we should all find solace in the thought that God knows more than us, that He knows what is best for all of us!
